ОТ РЕДАКЦИИ: Мы уже неоднократно писали о той теоретической дискуссии, которая разгорелась вокруг оценок СВО в рядах партий - членов Солиднет, и в частности, об ошибочности позиции товарищей из греческой компартии.
Последним актом данной дискуссии стало осуждение со стороны Коммунистической партии Греции (КПГ) Второго антифашистского форума в Москве, который состоялся в конце апреля текущего года.
В свою очередь, Идеологическая комиссия ЦК нашей партии подготовила аргументированный ответ греческим товарищам, однако, они, взяв на себя роль цензора международного коммунистического движения, отказались публиковать наш материал на ресурсах Солиднет. В результате нам пришлось рассылать данный материал по участникам системы Солиднет самостоятельно.
Сегодня мы представляем вашему вниманию ответный Призыв коммунистических партий, работающих на постсоветском пространстве, как реакцию на действия аппаратчиков КПГ.
Борьба с неофашизмом и неонацизмом требует реальной консолидации прогрессивных сил мира
Заявление коммунистических партий, борющихся на территории бывших республик Советского Союза
Уважаемые товарищи!
21–25 апреля 2025 г. по инициативе Коммунистической партии Российской Федерации в городе Москве прошел II Международной антифашистский форум (далее – МАФ).
Поддержав эту инициативу, 164 партии и общественные организации из 91 страны мира направили свои делегации для обсуждения новых вызовов и угроз человечеству, исходящих от возрождающегося фашизма - оружия сил империализма и реакции.
В ходе глубокого и всестороннего обсуждения причин его появления, на основе исторического и теоретического осмысления современных угроз новой мировой войны все партии и движения, участвующие в МАФ, приняли обращение «Борьба с фашизмом – общая, неотложная задача прогрессивных сил всего мира», которое в полной мере отражает их антифашистскую позицию и является идеологическим продолжением решений Первого МАФ в городе Минске (22 апреля 2022 г.), а также альтернативных резолюций международных встреч коммунистических и рабочих партий в Гаване (2022 г.) и Измире (2023 г.).
По непонятным причинам отдельные партии отрицательно отнеслись к проведению форума и отказались от участия в нём.
Принимать участие в мероприятии или нет – это право каждой партии, как и право давать оценку происходящему и делать свои выводы.
Время ответит на вопрос о правоте оценок исторических процессов и характере классовой борьбы на современном этапе.
Наше обращение к вам, уважаемые товарищи, вызвано тем, что Отдел международных отношений ЦК Коммунистической партии Греции выступил с резкой критической статьей, в которой фактически обвинил организаторов и участников II Антифашистского форума в том, что они "...встали на сторону империалистических целей российской буржуазии", опубликовав ее в газете Ризоспастис и на сайте Солиднет.
С нашей точки зрения эта статья, вольно или невольно, является попыткой со стороны греческих товарищей противодействовать нашей совместной борьбе с фашизмом и, по сути, принижает значение борьбы с угрозой возрождения фашизма на современном этапе.
Более того, она вносит раскол в наши ряды, противопоставляя мнение КПГ мнению всех участников Форума, отраженному в совместном Обращении.
Такую позицию братской компартии мы считаем глубоко ошибочной, а тон абсолютно недопустимым и неуважительным по отношению ко всем участникам Форума.
Кроме того, в данной статье, противопоставляя решения VI и VII конгрессов Коминтерна, предпринята попытка пересмотра теоретического наследия Коминтерна 30-40 годов XX века и определения сущности современного фашизма.
В этой связи мы полностью разделяем и поддерживаем позицию ЦК РКРП, изложенную в его статье с анализом теоретических ошибок греческих товарищей и некоторых посылок по навязыванию своей «непогрешимой позиции», как некие указания другим партиям.
Статью РКРП греческие товарищи по каким-то не указанным причинам сочли оскорбительной и клеветнической и отказали в публикации на сайте Солиднет.
Информируя партии и прогрессивные силы о несогласии с оценками форума, изложенными в вышеуказанной статье Отдела международных отношений ЦК КП Греции, мы предлагаем прояснить некоторые моменты:
- соответствуют ли положения этой статьи позиции КП Греции, её политического руководства или это позиция только отдела международных отношений и его руководителя;
- является ли отказ (запрет) разместить статью ЦК РКРП на интернет ресурсе Солиднет введением цензуры, исходя из «интересов» Отдела международных отношений ЦК КПГ, и таким образом вводится запрет на ознакомление партий и общественных движений с альтернативной точкой зрения?
Наша главная задача сегодня – это организация совместной борьбы с фашизмом, а не дискредитация итогов МАФ и не подмена практической работы зажимом теоретической дискуссии.
Как говорил товарищ Сталин: «Без теории нам смерть!». Попытки уйти от прояснения и дискуссий - это уход от теоретической борьбы. Это может привести к значительно большим ошибкам, чем ошибки борьбы.
При этом мы убеждены в том, что мы должны слушать и слышать друг друга, открыто и тактично выражать свою позицию, высказывать критику и указывать на возможные ошибки товарищей по борьбе.
Мы за товарищескую дискуссию. Дискуссию, которая поможет сплотить наши ряды, обогатить нас новым опытом борьбы с империализмом, координировать и консолидировать наши усилия.
Предлагаем организовать широкий обмен мнениями о необходимости практических совместных действий в борьбе с возрождением идеологии фашизма и неонацизма в контексте решений Обращения II Международного антифашистского форума в конкретных государствах, используя информационные ресурс Солиднет.
Мы предлагаем поручить Рабочей группе Международной Встречи Коммунистических и Рабочих Партий (МВКРП) подготовить предложения для выработки регламента нашей общей работы, обеспечивающего свободную дискуссию и сохранение товарищеских отношений, как необходимых условий теоретической работы и поиска истины. Рассмотреть эту проблему на ближайшей встрече МВКРП в очном формате или в режиме интернет конференции. Обобщить этот опыт и на очередной Международной встрече коммунистических и рабочих партий принять соответствующую резолюцию.

Fight against neo-fascism and neo-nazism requires real consolidation of progressive forces of the world
The Appeal of the Communist parties fighting at the territory of the former Soviet Union republics
Dear comrades,
On April 21-25, 2025, at the initiative of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation the Second International Anti–Fascist Forum (hereinafter referred to as the IAF) was held in Moscow.
Having supported this initiative, 164 parties and public organizations from 91 countries sent their delegations to discuss new challenges and threats to humanity emanating from the resurgent fascism, which is the weapon of the imperialist and reactionary forces.
In the course of deep and comprehensive discussion of the reasons for its emergence, based on historical and theoretical understanding of the modern threats of a new world war, all parties and movements participating in the IAF adopted the Appeal “The fight against fascism is a common, urgent task of progressive forces around the world” which fully reflects their anti–fascist Stance and is an ideological continuation of the decisions of the first IAF in Minsk (April 22, 2022), as well as alternative resolutions of the International meetings of Communist and Workers' parties in Havana (2022) and Izmir (2023).
For unknown reason, some parties showed negative reaction to the Forum and refused to participate there in.
Each party has the right to either participate in the Event or not, as well as it has the right to assess what is happening and draw conclusions.
Time will show the correctness of assessments of historical processes and the nature of the class struggle at the present stage.
Dear comrades, we appeal to you as the Department of International Relations of the CC of the Communist Party of Greece has published a highly critical article in the Risospastis newspaper and on the Solidnet website, actually accusing the organizers and participants of the II Anti-Fascist Forum of “... siding with the imperialist goals of the Russian bourgeoisie”.
We believe, this article, wittingly or unwittingly, is an attempt of the Greek comrades to confront our joint struggle against fascism actually belittling the importance of combating the threat of the revival of fascism at the present stage.
Moreover, it splits in our ranks, contrasting the opinion of the KKE with the opinion of all participants of the Forum, reflected in the joint Appeal.
We consider the Stance of the fraternal communist party deeply erroneous, and the tone absolutely unacceptable and disrespectful towards all participants of the Forum.
Additionally, this article comes to contradiction with the decisions of the VI and VII Congresses of the Comintern, and attempts to revise the theoretical legacy of the Comintern of the 30-40s of the XX century and the definition of the essence of modern fascism.
In this regard, we fully support the Stance of the RCWP CC, shared in their article analyzing the theoretical mistakes of the Greek comrades and some assumptions about imposing their “infallible position” as some kind of guidance to other parties.
For some unspecified reasons, the Greek comrades considered the RCWP’s article offensive and defamatory and refused to publish it on the Solidnet website.
Informing the parties and progressive forces about the disagreement with the forum's assessments set out in the above-mentioned article by the Department of International Relations of the CC of the Communist Party of Greece, we propose to clarify some points:
- whether the provisions of this article correspond to the position of the Communist Party of Greece, is it the position of the political leadership or is it the position of the Department of International Relations and its head only ;
- whether the refusal (prohibition) to post an article by the CC RCWP in the Solidnet Internet resource is an introduction of censorship, based on the “interests” of the Department of International Relations of the CC of the CP of Greece, and thus a ban on familiarizing parties and social movements with an alternative point of view?
Our main task today is to organize a joint struggle against fascism, and not to discredit the results of the IAF and not to substitute practical work with a theoretical discussion.
As Comrade Stalin said: “We are dead without theory !”. Avoiding clarification and discussion is avoiding theoretical struggle. This can lead to much bigger mistakes than mistakes of struggle.
At the same time, we are convinced that we must listen and hear each other, openly and tactfully express our position, express criticism and point out possible mistakes of our comrades in struggle.
We stand for a friendly discussion. The discussion that will help to unite our ranks, enrich us with new experiences in the fight against imperialism, and coordinate and consolidate our efforts.
We propose to organize a broad exchange of views on the need for practical joint actions in the fight against the revival of the ideology of fascism and neo-Nazism in the context of solutions outlined in the Appeal of the II International Antifascist Forum in certain states, using the Solidnet information resource.
We propose to instruct the Working Group of the International Meeting (IMCWP) to prepare proposals for working out regulations for our common work, which will ensure free discussion and the preservation of friendly relations, as necessary conditions for theoretical work and search for truth. To consider this issue at the next meeting of the IMCWP in face-to-face format or at online conference.
To summarize this experience and adopt an appropriate resolution at the next International Meeting of Communist and Workers' Parties.

La lucha contra el neofascismo y el neonazismo exige la consolidación real de las fuerzas progresistas del mundo
Declaración de los partidos comunistas que luchan en el territorio de las antiguas repúblicas de la Unión Soviética
Estimados camaradas!
Del 21 al 25 de abril de 2025, por iniciativa del partido Comunista de la Federación Rusa, se celebró en la ciudad de Moscú el II Foro Internacional Antifascista (en adelante, la FIA).
Al apoyar esta iniciativa, 164 partidos y organizaciones sociales de 91 países del mundo enviaron delegaciones para discutir los nuevos desafíos y amenazas a la humanidad que emanan del resurgimiento del fascismo: las armas de las fuerzas del imperialismo y la reacción.
En el curso de una discusión profunda y completa de las causas de su aparición, sobre la base de una comprensión histórica y teórica de las amenazas contemporáneas de una nueva guerra mundial, todos los partidos y movimientos que participan en la FIA aceptaron el llamamiento "La lucha contra el fascismo es una tarea común y urgente de las fuerzas progresistas de todo el mundo", que refleja plenamente su posición antifascista y es una continuación ideológica de las decisiones del primer FIA en la ciudad de Minsk (22 de abril de 2022), así como las resoluciones alternativas de las reuniones internacionales de los partidos comunistas y obreros en la Habana (2022) e Izmir (2023).
Por razones desconocidas, algunos partidos reaccionaron negativamente a la celebración del foro y se negaron a participar en él.
Participar o no en el evento es el derecho de cada partido, así como el derecho a evaluar lo que está sucediendo y sacar sus propias conclusiones.
El tiempo responderá a la pregunta sobre la corrección de las valoraciones de los procesos históricos y el carácter de la lucha de clases en la etapa actual.
Nuestro llamamiento a ustedes, queridos camaradas, se debe al hecho de que el Departamento de relaciones internacionales del Comité central del partido Comunista de Grecia emitió un artículo crítico en el que acusó de hecho a los organizadores y participantes del II Foro Antifascista "...se pusieron del lado de los objetivos imperialistas de la burguesía rusa", publicándolo en el periódico Rizospastis y en el sitio web de Solidnet.
Desde nuestro punto de vista, este artículo, voluntaria o involuntariamente, es un intento por parte de los camaradas griegosla lucha contra el fascismo y, de hecho, menosprecia la importancia de la lucha contra la amenaza del renacimiento del fascismo en la etapa actual.
Además, divide nuestras filas, oponiendo la opinión del PCG a la opinión de todos los participantes en el Foro, reflejada en el Discurso conjunto.
Consideramos que esta posición del hermano partido comunista es profundamente errónea, y el tono es absolutamente inaceptable e irrespetuoso para todos los participantes en el Foro.
Además, este artículo, en oposición a las decisiones del VI y VII Congreso de la internacional comunista, intenta revisar el legado teórico de la internacional comunista de los años 30-40 del siglo XX y determinar la esencia del fascismo moderno.
En este sentido, compartimos y apoyamos plenamente la posición del Comité central del Partido Comunista Obrero Ruso, expuesta en su artículo en el que analiza los errores teóricos de los camaradas griegos y algunas premisas para imponer su "posición infalible", como instrucciones a otros partidos.
Los camaradas griegos, por alguna razón no especificada, consideraron el artículo del Partido Comunista Obrero Ruso ofensivo y difamatorio y se negó a publicar en el sitio web de Solidnet.
Al informar a los partidos y las fuerzas progresistas sobre el desacuerdo con las evaluaciones del foro establecidas en el artículo anterior del Departamento de relaciones internacionales del Comité central del PC de Grecia, proponemos aclarar algunos puntos:
- ¿las disposiciones de este artículo corresponden a la posición del PC de Grecia, su liderazgo político o es la posición solo del Departamento de relaciones internacionales y su jefe;
- ¿es la negativa (prohibición) de colocar el artículo del Comité central del Partido Comunista Obrero Ruso en el recurso de Internet Solidnet ¿la censura basada en los "intereses" del Departamento de relaciones internacionales del Comité central del PCG y, por lo tanto, la prohibición de familiarizar a los partidos y movimientos sociales con un punto de vista alternativo?
Nuestra tarea principal hoy es organizar una lucha conjunta contra el fascismo, y no desacreditar los resultados de la FIA y no reemplazar el trabajo práctico con un apretamiento de discusión teórica.
Como decía el camarada Stalin: "¡Sin teoría, la muerte!» Tratar de escapar de la aclaración y del debate es alejarse de la lucha teórica. Esto puede llevar a errores significativamente más grandes que los errores de lucha.
Al mismo tiempo, estamos convencidos de que debemos escucharnos y escucharnos mutuamente, expresar nuestra posición abierta y con tacto, expresar críticas y señalar los posibles errores de los compañeros de lucha.
Estamos a favor de una discusión amistosa. Una discusión que nos ayudará a unir nuestras filas, a enriquecernos con nuevas experiencias de lucha contra el imperialismo, a coordinar y consolidar nuestros esfuerzos.
Proponemos organizar un amplio intercambio de opiniones sobre la necesidad de acciones conjuntas prácticas en la lucha contra el resurgimiento de la ideología del fascismo y el neonazismo en el contexto de las decisiones del Llamamiento del II foro internacional antifascista en estados específicos, utilizando el recurso informativo Solidnet.
Proponemos encomendar al grupo de Trabajo del Encuentro internacional de Partidos Comunistas y Obreros la preparación de propuestas para la elaboración de un Reglamento de nuestro trabajo común que garantice la libre discusión y la preservación de las relaciones de camaradería como condiciones necesarias para el trabajo teórico y la búsqueda de la verdad. Abordar esta cuestión en la próxima reunión del la reunio2n internacional de los partidos comunistas y obreros en una conferencia presencial o en línea. Sintetizar esta experiencia y en la próxima reunión internacional de los partidos comunistas y obreros adoptar la resolución correspondiente.
